Head of Residential Conveyancing Department
Folakemi joined Vivash Brand LLP in December 2018. She is dual qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales (since September 2004), called to the Nigerian Bar and became admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in March 1995.
Folakemi started her legal career in England in 2004 gaining experience in Conveyancing, Family & Immigration Law. She has over 12 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and has gained a great depth of experience in dealing with a wide range of cases.
She has a personable style and strives to ensure that all of her clients receive a tailored and efficient service. She always adopts a pragmatic approach and looks to achieve solutions swiftly.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
