Vivash Brand LLP

Vivash Brand LLP came about as the result of a merger between Vivash Hunt and Brand and Co Solicitors in April 2015. Both firms had a long and successful history of well over 40 years prior to merger, Vivash Hunt in Worcester Park and Brand and Co in Cheam. Both firms practiced in very similar areas of law to include commercial and residential conveyancing, wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney as well as all family matters to include, divorce, children, pre and post nuptial agreements, general litigation to include landlord and tenant, employment and debt collection. The resulting merger has allowed both firms to grow to the very successful firm it is today. Our aim is to continue the outstanding work of the two previous firms and to continue to serve our clients both locally and countrywide.
