Desirella Watkins qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has been practising in Private Client law since then. She worked for a number of Surrey based law firms prior to joining Vivash Brand LLP in June 2015.

Desirella can advise on the preparation of a new Will to suit an individual’s circumstances, ensuring that a tailored service is given to each client. She can also provide expert advice about making Lasting Powers of Attorney, registering Enduring Powers of Attorney in addition to preparing Applications for Deputyship Orders.

Desirella has considerable experience in administering Estates and applying for Grants of Representation and this specialist area of law is one where she is able to  guide and assist her clients confidently.

In her free time, Desirella enjoys visiting stately homes and National Trust properties, reading historical biographies and spending time with her family.
