Partner and Head Of Family Law

Jacqueline joined Brand & Co in 2008 having spent the previous 10 years at a Legal 500 firm in West Sussex. Jacqueline became a partner at Brand & Co in 2011. Jacqueline has for the last 22 years dealt solely with family law and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field. Jacqueline has a large matrimonial client base. Her expertise in the field of matrimonial practice extends to dealing with substantial high net worth financial disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, injunctions, cohabitation disputes and advising on civil partnerships. Jacqueline also undertakes all work in relation to sensitive children matters, including child arrangement applications. Outside of the office Jacqueline enjoys keeping fit and in particular, enjoys playing tennis. Jacqueline is married and has three young sons.
